Have you ever wanted to make those cute little baby leggings, but didn't know how? Here's a quick and easy tutorial!
I didn't have a big selection of socks to pick from, as I didn't want my Stud-Man having purple leggings. I dug deep in my sock drawer and found some black ones. They aren't the nicest ones, but suitable for a boy!
Cut off the feet of both socks.
Flip them inside out, and fold up the side you cut to the length you want.
Hem! And flip them back to *outside out*. (Is that even how you say it? No clue!)
Remember you want to sew around the sock, without sewing the sock shut. Make sure you hold the part of the sock that isn't being sewn out of the way so it doesn't catch the other side while sewing...it's NOT fun to fix (especially when you don't have a seam ripper)!
I used some fun red thread to spice up the plain black socks. (Or was I just too lazy to switch out my thread for some simple socks? Maybe!)
Stud-Man sporting the leggings! Even smiling about it!
